Abstract: Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a neurological disease. It is due to less production of Dopamine in brain. There is no permanent treatment of this disease. But with the passage of time some useful techniques and medicines are developed for diagnosis and treatment, to overcome its signs. MRI and TMS are also included in these techniques. Magnetic Field is basic thing in these techniques. Role of magnetic field is very useful to diagnose and to cure this disease but there is need of further research and work to make these techniques more effective and safe. I have studied and reviewed different researches about these techniques and try to summarize the role of magnetic field in this article. Levodopa is a basic medicine to fulfill the requirement of dopamine because lack of dopamine in brain is the basic cause of this disease. But there are some side effects of Levodopa. Levodopa-induced dyskinesias are a common complication of chronic dopaminergic therapy in patients with Parkinsons disease (PD). The overall prevalence of levodopa-induced dyskinesias ranges from 40%-90% and is related to the underlying disease process, pharmacologic factors, and to the duration of high dose levodopa therapy.[1] In that case another method is necessary to cure PD and overcome d yskinesias. For this purpose artificial week magnetic fields can be used that have dramatic effect.[1] For diagnosis purpose magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is very useful. Another step in this direction is functional MRI which describes the neural mechanism of movement automaticity in PD patient.[2] Magnetic Field and Diagnosis of PD: MRI uses strong magnetic field, radio waves and computers to produce detailed images of interior of body. It gives 3-D image representation of internal parts of body. In this way, it is very useful for diagnosis of PD. MRI scanner contains powerful magnets. A strong magnetic field is created by passing an electric current through the wire loops. During this process, other coils in the magnet send and receive radio waves. This triggers protons in the body to align themselves. Once aligned, radio waves are absorbed by the protons, which stimulate spinning. Energy is released after exciting the molecules, which in turn emits energy signals that are picked up by the coil. This information is then sent to a computer which processes all the signals and generates it into an image.[3] Functional MRI is advance form of MRI. It can be used to investigate the underlying neural mechanisms of movement automaticity in Parkinson’s disease patients.[2] Deep brain stimulation (DBS) has become an efficient instrument in the symptomatic therapy of PD. Functional MRI can be used safely for this purpose. Positron emission tomography (PET) is used quite widely in studies dealing with DBS and with PD. fMRI has never used for this purpose but safety of fMRI during thalamic DBS has been proven by a study with a heterogeneous group of patients suffering from neurological disorders.[4] Single pulse transcranial magnetic simulation (TMS) can be used for investigation and diagnosis.[5] Magnetic Field and Treatment of PD: In 1992, it was reported that reported that extracranial treatment with picotesla range magnetic fields is an effective, safe, and revolutionary modality in the management of Parkinsonism. Also for those patients, whom are facing levodopa-induced motor complications. [6][7] It also produces improvements in non-motor aspects like sleep, appetite, pain, mood and sexual behavior. A comprehensive study on a PD patient shows that magnetic field in the range of picotesla is very useful as antiparkinsonian. In this way it reduces the requirement of antiparkinsonian medicines like levodopa.[7] In 2008, Therapeutic effects of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) were investigated by Toshiaki FURUKAWA and others in PD with cognitive dysfunction known as impaired set switching. They apply rTMS on six patients and monitor these patients by using different tests. They applied 0.2-Hz rTMS over the frontal region at an intensity of 1.2 x. They concluded that when combined with drug therapy and rehabilitation, rTMS appears to be useful for maintaining and improving function.[8] TMS basis on principle of inductance to get electrical energy across the scalp and skull without the pain of direct percutaneous electrical stimulation. It involves placing a small coil of wire on the scalp and passing a powerful and rapidly changing current through it. This produces a magnetic field that passes unimpeded and relatively painlessly through the tissues of the head. Magnetic field induces week electrical current and to produce enough current to excite neurons in the brain, the current passed through the coil must change within a few hundred microseconds.[5] Transcranial magnetic simulation is very useful for treatment of this neurological disease but it is not permanent solution. A patient suffering from PD needs this therapy on regular basis. Sometimes medicines are also required besides of this therapy. Therefore there is need of further research and investigation to improve that treatment of PD.[8] Although single pulse TMS is very useful for investigation purposes and rTMS is very useful for treatment but rTMS may be harmful for by kindling effects as well as the past history of possible misuse of electroconvulsive therapy. It can produce adverse effects on human body like headache, effects on hearing, kindling and effects on hormones. Metallic hardware near the coil can be moved or heated by TMS, presence of metal may be harmful.[5][9] Therefore it needs to take some safety measures to control harmful effects of magnetic field. There should use simulation parameters in safe range like duration of rTMS, frequencies and intensities.[5] Future of MF in Diagnosis and Treatment of PD: Magnetic field is very useful for treatment of diagnosis and treatment of PD. But there is need of further improvement of techniques based on the use of magnetic field. These techniques can become most suitable for patients of PD reducing harmful effects of MF. In the future, the long-term therapeutic effects of rTMS, particularly with regard to the frequency, stimulation intensity and rTMS coil-type, need to be investigated Further developments related to the application of rTMS in Parkinson’s disease are expected.[8] Conclusion: Parkinson’s disease is chronic disorder. There are different medicines and techniques for its diagnosis and treatment. For this purpose use of magnetic field and its effects are very valuable. By using appropriate amount of MF one can overcome the symptoms of PD. There are some side effects of its use for diagnosis and treatment. But these side effects can be controlled by taking some necessary steps. The Poet The Poet is about a search for a serial killer that the FBI names â€Å"The Poet† due to this person’s signature of forcing the victims to write suicide notes in the form of a quote from Edgar Allen Poe. Jack McEvoy, a newspaper reporter from Denver, is the brother of a victim who was killed by the Poet. In an attempt to avenge his brother’s death McEvoy, and the FBI, form a nation-wide manhunt in search of this cunning illusive killer. The Poet begins with the Rocky Mountain Newspaper reporter Jack McEvoy being informed of his twin brother’s suicide. As two of the detectives from the Denver police department who also worked with Sean McEvoy in the Crimes Against Persons unit inform McEvoy of the incident, he immediately has doubts about his twin’s alleged suicide. Seeking to better understand what his brother did and what the Denver PD says his brother did, Jack McEvoy decides to write a story for the paper about his brother. From this point on McEvoy began to learn about evil in a new way. Sean McEvoy was discovered in his car in a parking lot at Bear Lake, and the park ranger who discovered him came immediately after he heard the gunshot to find him dead. The investigators came up with the information that Sean had placed the gun inside his mouth and killed himself. Due to the high stress that Sean’s co-workers and therapist had experienced him in due to the current homicide investigation, the case was closed and it was ruled a suicide. Jack investigated his brothers death and the further he got into the case the more clues he found suggesting foul play. The final line written on the inside of the windshield by Sean McEvoy was ‘Out of Space out of Time.’ Jack linked the epitaph with the final entry in the chronological record of the case his brother was working on which read simply that he’d received a call from an unknown source and then: RUSHER was written. The connection was made by McEvoy to a similar suicide case in Chicago where a detective’s last words written on a pad were ‘Through the pale door’ taken from an Edgar Allen Poe story titled â€Å"The Fall of the House of Usher† in which the main character is Rodrick Usher. As McEvoy used this information about RUSHER, he also related his brother’s line ‘Out of Space out of Time’ to a Edgar Allen Poe poem called â€Å"Dream-Land.† Sean McEvoy was deeply involved with the investiga... ... the shower. Another insight into how Backus worked was the letter the FBI received from The Poet written to Bob Backus. Clearly acknowledging that there were two separate individuals within Backus. McEvoy’s theory of why he thought Rachel was The Poet could also lead to an understanding of why Backus possibly did what he did. He knew Rachel and Backus interviewed Horace and Gladden in prison and the killing could have started because he was punishing Beltran for creating Gladden. The questions of location of the crimes, and of manner of the crimes can be theorized that Backus was very learned in crime scene investigation and he was making the incident look like a suicide, while still sexually and emotionally gratifying himself with each of the victims. All the while covering his back with Gladden as his scapegoat. A very smart and controlled man covered a very disturbed individual’s fantasies to the point when he couldn’t not act on them.

In marks gospel we learn about the nature of discipleship. A disciple is someone who learns form the word of god which comes from Jesus’ teaching. Whereas an apostle is, perhaps in a way, the next stage of discipleship, where they go out and spread the word of god to others making them disciples. They had the courage to do this because of the Holy Spirit descending upon them as tongues of fire so they could preach in every language they had to. The purpose of discipleship according to marks gospel is to heal, to spread the word of God and to teach people how to change their hearts and helping people realise the things that stop them from loving God and their neighbour as themselves; as an apostle he has achieved that in most hearts. In marks gospel the disciples have an important purpose. Jesus wanted friends to help and support him on his mission. There are a number of references from mark to support this. Mark 1:16-20 talks about when he was on his first search for loyal disciples. He said to two men in a fishing boat (Simon and His Brother Andrew) â€Å"Come, follow me† â€Å"and I will make you fishers of men.† This story teaches us that Jesus chose ordinary men (Fishermen to be Precise). Mark 3:13-19 refers to when Jesus sent the disciples out to preach and to have the strength to make others disciples. This means that Jesus wanted the disciples to go out and spread the word of god to others. Another example from mark to help us understand the purpose of discipleship is in Mark 6:7-13. This is where Jesus sends the disciples out in pairs and gives them authority over unclean spirits. He also tells them not to take anything on the journey apart from a staff! A final example is from Mark 6:30-44 this is when there is the feeding of the 5000. Where Jesus takes 5 loaves and 2 fish blesses them and asks them to hand it all to the 5000. In the end it turns out that there was enough for every single person to be fed till they are full up and they end up with 12 baskets of leftovers. Jesus chose a variety of different people to be his disciples. For example he chose four fishermen as his first four disciples! (Mark 1:16-20) he also chose a tax collector (Levi the son of Alpheus) this shows Christians today that Jesus chose ordinary people not big people that were ‘the best’! Mark is very clear about the costs and demands of discipleship. Disciples have to give up everything and show total love to God. For example in Mark 12:41-44 it shows a widow putting all she had in the Treasury and Jesus Said that she had put more in than all the Others who put in what they could spare! The demands are clear from Mark 8:34-38. Where Jesus says; â€Å"If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me for whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels.† The general consensus of what Jesus is saying is that all who wish to follow him in the path of glory must give up everything he/she has. Further examples from Mark include 6:7-10: where Jesus tells his disciples to, â€Å"Take nothing for the journey except a staff. no bread, no bag, no money in your belts. Wear sandals but not an extra tunic. Whenever you enter a house, stay there until you leave that town.† This means that Jesus was basically saying, â€Å"Don’t think you need a lot of extra equipment for this. You are the equipment. No special appeals for funds. Keep it simple. No posh inns. Get a modest place and be content there until you leave.† Even though there are many costs and demands to discipleship, there are also a lot of rewards. Mark makes this clear in Mark 10:28-31 where Peter said to Jesus, â€Å"We have left everything to follow you!† â€Å"I tell you the truth,† Jesus replied, â€Å"no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last first.† This shows us the rewards of discipleship because Jesus was enhancing the fact that they would get anything and everything they want in heaven as they have left everything behind. The disciples found discipleship difficult to understand. They sometimes misunderstood what Jesus meant. For example, in Mark 2:13-17, Once again Jesus went out beside the lake. A large crowd came to him, and he began to teach them. As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector’s booth. â€Å"Follow me,† Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him. While Jesus was having dinner at Levi’s house, many tax collectors and â€Å"sinners† were eating with him and his disciples, for there were many who followed him. When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the â€Å"sinners† and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: â€Å"Why does he eat with tax collectors and ‘sinners’?† On hearing this, Jesus said to them, â€Å"It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.† The disciples did not understand this because they thought that Jesus was a sinless man and there he was eating with so called sinners? What they didn’t see was that Jesus had come to earth to heal sinners and cure the lame. Not applaud the perfect and righteous. Discipleship was not something that was easy. The disciples were asked to give up a lot to show their love for God. For example, in Luke 14:33 Jesus says, â€Å"in the same way, any of you who does not give up everything he has, cannot be my disciple.† AO2 The effects that Jesus’ teaching about discipleship has on Christians today when it comes to spreading Jesus’ message are as follows. The 10 commandments! Jesus referred to these quite often. I mean yes, maybe not everyone follows the 10 commandments, but at least the people that know about them acknowledge them and respect them. Also about giving up all that we have to follow God. I don’t think many people today would give up all they had to follow God; reason being that we are all selfish. I mean, at least we know that we have to, but; at the same time, nobody in today’s world would give up their possessions. The effects that Jesus’ teaching about what type of people are chosen to be disciples has on the lives of Christians today are that you don’t have to be flash and fancy to impress Jesus or God. What they focus on is a persons faith but also lack of faith! If there was supreme lack of faith, Jesus would try and help that person to be a good Samaritan. Jesus’ teaching about the costs and demands of discipleship affects the lives of Christians today by showing that they would have to give up everything to not only be a disciple but also to gain entry into the kingdom of God! This is quite a dawning thought to some as not a lot of people would do that for God. Also to leave all of their family including wife/husband and children! I don’t think that people nowadays would be in this frame of mind unless their faith was very strong! She is a great inspiration to others and if more people were like her then the world would be a better place! Secconz has requesting for the price reduction of FFA product. This i s because; CC still charged the same price after 2 years even though the investment in the new machinery on FFA component has already been recover. Despite of better quality FFA components and not burden by any overhead costs, Secconz still experience the huge margin from the sales price impose to them compared to sales price in Europe and USA. The supply manager from Secconz, Mr. Nelly asked for price reduction.He said that company may produce the technology by themselves if Mr. Dali did not want to reduce the price of FFA.
